Delivery Timelines
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after the order is placed.
We aim to deliver your order within 7-10 business days for metro cities and 15 business days for other areas after the order is dispatched from our facility.
Shipping Charges
This minimum order value for free shipping may vary during special promotional offers.
Free shipping is available on prepaid orders only. For cash/COD orders, standard shipping rates apply.
Additional charges may apply for remote areas like Jammu & Kashmir, Northeast India, Andaman & Nicobar Islands etc.
During festive sales or other promotions, we may offer free shipping on all orders for a limited period. Please check the website banners for ongoing free shipping offers.
If a free shipping offer applies to your order, you will not be charged any shipping fees at checkout. The invoice will clearly mention zero shipping charges.
Taxes are applicable on shipping charges as per government regulations.

Shipping Methods
We ship via reputed courier partner DTDC. The shipping method is determined based on the delivery address.
All orders are trackable. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Unavailable Items
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, you will be notified by email. You can choose a replacement item or cancel the order.
Damages/Missing Items
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and report any damages/missing items within 24 hours. We will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
